He took time at the beginning of the process to answer our questions. When we were ready to leave and drive home with the new Acadia, he patiently went through the vehicle to make sure we knew about all the technology and other features of the Acadia This was the best car buying process that I have experienced. I would also like to acknowledge Kendra Milan who was the Finance Manager we worked with to finish up the sale. She was friendly and very knowledgable. I want to say Big Thank you to everyone that made this possible . I first learned about 2 vehicles that I was interested on internet The staff called me right away. There was no pressure or nagging me when I arrived . They were all do nice pleasant. I walked around looked at all gmc’s to see which one I was interested in . I found my dream car went inside met John he was awsome answered all my questions & concerns. I went back Monday met with business manager it took 10 mins . I was proud owner. John was the best great customer service & stayed in contact with me . I did meet Pedro he was amazing as well great service and delivery of my new car . The Gm was so nice . It's never a good day when your car breaks down on the Zakim Bridge....but the experience I had at Albrecht following that day was nothing short of amazing. From Carlos in service to our salesman Jack and even Randy, the experience we had after such a bummer of a day gave me faith again that things happen for a reason. I am now sitting in the front seat of my 2024 Buick Encore loving life and loving the looks I'm getting. If you're looking for people to find the right car for you, this is the place to go. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned truck. Jack Albushies was my sales professional. He was fantastic. He was a very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful young man. The dealership should be happy to have him. My particular purchase was a little more complicated and lengthy than your typical sale I would imagine as it involved the trade-in of a vehicle that needed a full and complete diagnostic run on it to establish its trade value. Jack was very patient and helpful throughout the 3 day process. I greatly appreciated his transparency throughout and also the fact that he made my girlfriend and I feel comfortable and informed about everything that was going on. He happily let me test drive several vehicles so I could make my own comparisons even though we pretty much already knew which vehicle we’d be purchasing. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership made the buying process pleasant. Jack, Frank, Kendra, Brian, I’m probably missing a couple people but everyone was just great in general!!

Went to another GMC dealer first and it was just a waste of my time. Came to Albrecht GMC in Wakefield and had a great experience. I met Elliot who did a great job of showing me different trim lines and ultimately the one I bought. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The choices on the lot were plentiful and the buying process very pleasant. I was surprised how enjoyable it was. Thanks Elliott and everyone at Albrecht.

Dishonest and play games. They allowed me to test drive a vehicle and admitted a friend of theirs had intentions of buying the same vehicle. Fast forward and we’re at the sales desk and the manager was clearly trying to push me out the door. He horrendously low-balled an insulting trade-in offer and claimed he didn’t know the trim of my trade-in even though they had the VIN and all the information handy. I provided information about my previous offers but he started giving other excuses not worth mentioning. However I agreed to the low-ball offer knowing they were trying to sell this vehicle behind my back, plus the price of the truck was more than fair. After this I stated I would like to proceed with the deal but they refused. They needed the trade-in in person, which is understandable for trade-in purposes but not for sale purposes. I told them I would go get it and that I want to put a deposit down before I do. They refused to allow me pay a deposit, I’ve never heard of a dealership denying a deposit or refusing a customer to proceed with a sale. I left to pickup the trade-in vehicle and tried calling and texting all three phone numbers just an hour later; all went to voicemail and unanswered for another 30 minutes. Finally I receive a text saying they sold the vehicle, the very one I tried giving them money for just an hour and a half earlier. I was already halfway back to the dealership with my trade-in. A dealership has every right to sell a vehicle with no deposit on it and they blatantly wasted my time for their amusement, and only made me angry with all the false information and remarks the manager was giving to me. Buyer beware, they’ll do anything to make a customer feel uncomfortable and push them out the door.

Superb experience! Very nice and polite people work here. Elliot was amazing salesperson. He is very patient and keeps pleasant conversation with you. He would answer my calls anytime. It was very conformable talking to him. Randy and Kendra were also great, making sure to find the best deal. They made the whole process very easy. This one of very few places where I felt they really care about me as a customer. Highly recommend visiting Albrecht Buick GMC of Wakefield.
